Sahi kaha bhai, brochures mein toh sab paradise lagta hai. Real life mein ground report alag hoti hai. Krishna Orchid ka naam toh suna hai, but studio apartments aur ₹25L? Thoda high lag raha hai for a studio, especially in a completed project.
U6, maintenance toh builder pehle saal hi dekhta hai, phir RWA ke haath mein aata hai. Aur tabhi asli picture dikhti hai
