How do you guys *really* verify a builder's past legal track record? I'm looking at Mahira Homes 88B and a Satguru project. RERA registration is a given, but I know builders have hidden issues. What deeper due diligence checks do you do in Gurgaon for past defaults or litigation? Any specific red flags beyond the RERA site?
