Bhai, RERA is just a facade for many builders, especially the big ones. Salarpuria Sattva has been around since 1986, so they have a long history, both good and bad. My friend had issues with delayed possession in their Banjara Hills project, almost 2 years behind schedule.
Totally agree U1! RERA number dekh ke toh bas tasalli milti hai, but asli kaam toh baad mein shuru hota hai. My thoughts exactly, especially for big names like Salarpuria Sattva.
