Construction quality differences between builders here are stark, not just marketing hype. I'm eyeing a 3BHK on Sarjapur Road, around ₹2 Cr. Prestige and Sobha projects usually deliver, but I've heard about Godrej and Puravankara's delays and finishing issues. Is customer support after booking equally inconsistent?

Totally agree with the post! I'm also looking for a 3BHK around Sarjapur Road, budget is similar. The stories about delays and finishing issues from Godrej and Puravankara are really making me rethink. Is it really that bad with them, or just a few isolated incidents?

Totally resonate with this! Prestige and Sobha are just too high for me too, but I'm scared of the others.
