Visited a few 3BHKs in Raj Nagar Extension last weekend. Dekha Gaurs, ATS, aur ABA Corp ke projects. Honestly, construction quality ko lekar thoda confused hoon. Gaurs ka finishing theek laga, but ATS ka delivery track record better suna hai. ABA Corp ke projects mein hidden charges ka darr hai. Kids ke school admission ka bhi tension hai, toh on-time possession important hai.
