Beyond the brochure: Saini Bhawan's family reality

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. We're a family of four now, kids are growing up fast, need at least a 3BHK in Chandigarh. My wife's main priority is finding a place safe for the children, and good schools nearby. I've been looking at Saini Bhawan, and it seems decent on paper. But I'm honestly not sure about the real social infra around it. Does anyone live there or nearby? How are the schools within, say, 2km? Like, actual good schools, not just ones on paper. Also, for safety, how robust are the security features? Gated entry is one thing, but what about visitor management, enough guards, proper CCTV coverage? Is it genuinely safe for kids to play outside without constant supervision? Getting different answers from sales guys. Any first-hand experiences would be super helpful.
