Beyond the brochure: Site visit hacks

Did anyone actually check the water tank capacity and elevator response times during their Casagrand Zaiden site visits, beyond just looking at the flat? I'm looking at a 2BHK there for investment, and parents keep saying these small things become huge headaches later for tenants. Like, if water supply isn't reliable, tenant toh bhaag jayega. Or lifts are always breaking down. Brochure mein toh sab sahi lagta hai, but real-world mein kya scene hai? It affects long-term maintenance costs and obviously, resale value. What hidden checks did you guys do beyond just BHK layout and amenities? Share some tips, please. Ab samajh nahi aa raha kaise verify karein ye sab.
