Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Greater Noida, fed up of renting. Everyone talks about clubhouse and swimming pools, but nobody really discusses the practical stuff. Like, Ansal Zinnia Garden mein security system ka kya haal hai? Is it just CCTV on paper, ya proper visitor management bhi hai? And parking? Is it a daily headache for tenants, affecting their stay and my ROI? These impact long-term value and tenant retention way more than a fancy gym, right? Change my mind.
