₹1.4 crore for a 3BHK at Sai Paryavaran Constructions in Chikkathoguru, that's what I'm seeing for a 1400 sqft unit. My budget is around ₹1.5 crore max. Ab samajh nahi aa raha ki what's the *actual* all-in cost? Builder base price toh theek hai, but then they add stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, OC... kitna extra lag jaata hai? Parents bol rahe hain ki hidden charges bohot hote hain. Also, should I push for a construction-linked payment plan or try for a lump sum discount? Metro expansion near Kanakapura Road makes me think this area has potential, but I don't want to overpay. Any advice on these costs and payment plans?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Yeh hidden charges ka chakkar samajh hi nahi aata. Builders base price kam dikhate hain, aur fir jab final bill aata hai toh dimaag kharab ho jaata hai. I'm also looking for a 2BHK around Sarjapur Road, and same problem. PLC, floor rise, club house, maintenance advance... list khatam hi nahi hoti. Sahi mein confusion hai ki kitna extra pakad ke chalein?
