The all-in cost for a decent flat in Gurugram is just mind-boggling, honestly. My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for a manageable 2BHK. Palm Floors in Basai looked good initially, but then the numbers started adding up. Beyond the base price and stamp duty, what other 'hidden' charges should I really watch out for? I'm seeing things like PLC, club membership, maintenance deposits... it feels never-ending. How much extra should one budget for all these extras before possession? Really don't want any nasty surprises later.
