Did a site visit to Bhagwati Propmart Klassic Tower last week and honestly, the price point for a completed project is really throwing me off. ₹5L for a unit in Greater Noida... it sounds too good to be true, right? I'm trying to figure out the actual rental yield potential here. Has anyone invested in such low-ticket commercial spaces? What kind of capital appreciation can one expect long-term from something like this? I'm worried about the resale market liquidity too. Is there even a secondary market for these units? Any advice on exit strategy would be super helpful.
Yaar, I'm fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge! JMD Marvella Homes is ready, but Klassic Tower upcoming hai. Which one is better for investment, bhai? Also, what about carpet area in JMD? Anyone know the real price per sqft? Mujhe advice chahiye, I'm so confused!
I'm considering Unitech UGCC Burgundy and Bhagwati Propmart Klassic Tower in Noida. Kya kisi ko pata hai about Klassic Tower's possession timeline? I heard there are delays. Unitech is ready to move, but is it worth the price tag now? Also, has anyone compared the carpet area efficiency in both? Which one gives more usable space per sqft? Mujhe advice chahiye, bhai!
Klassic Tower upcoming hai, GBG Residency ready to move. Wife wants kids' school nearby, so location matters. Is GBG worth the premium for that, ya wait karein? Tell me your thoughts!
Guys, I'm confused between Aarambh Residency (ready to move) and Bhagwati Propmart Klassic Tower (upcoming). Aarambh ka price thoda zyada lag raha hai. What do you think about the location advantage of both? Klassic Tower will take time, but is it worth the wait considering the future appreciation? Has anyone experienced Aarambh's construction quality? Mujhe investment ke liye chahiye. Which one has better ROI in Noida? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
