Did a site visit to Bhartiya Garden Estate last week. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different, yaar. Anyone booked there, what's your honest take on the carpet area efficiency? Builder ke super area vs carpet area games toh pata hi hain. Neighbourhood mein schools aur hospitals kitne accessible hain? Family ke liye dekh raha hoon, so livability matters. Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? What are residents actually paying monthly? Is it genuinely a good home ya just good on paper? Thoda input chahiye.
