Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Yeh Bhartiya Garden Estate ka hype toh kuch zyada hi lag raha hai. Investment ke liye dekh raha tha but it's still UPCOMING and the possession date is a distant 2030-08-01. Itni lambi wait time mein kya appreciation milega, especially with the current market in Bengaluru, which is already a bit shaky for new launches? Price range bhi ₹56 L – ₹1.6 Cr bol rahe hain, which is quite high for an upcoming project with so many uncertainties. Is the builder's reputation strong enough to justify this premium and the long wait?
