Kya iski price launch ke baad significantly move hui hai? Matlab, kitna upside dikhta hai abhi? Also, actual rental yield kya expect kar sakte hain wahan? Koi idea hai 1BHK/2BHK ka current rent kya chal raha hai? Builder ka previous projects ka delivery track record kaisa hai? On-time possession milta hai ya delays hote hain? Power of attorney se manage karna kitna feasible hoga? Need a ground reality check on potential ROI and resale market. Should I look into other options if builder ka track record sahi nahi hai?

Bhavishya Avenue? Bhai, maine bhi suna hai iske baare mein. But builder ka track record sunke thoda darr lag raha hai. Kya sach mein delays hote hain? Dubai se invest karna risky ho jayega agar possession time pe na mile.
