Noida folks, finally some good news! Were you worried about stalled projects and registry delays? Bhavya Ventures says the Yogi government has lifted the ban! *Seedhi baat*, this could mean more options and maybe even better prices as new projects launch. Will this restart the market? What do you think? Is this the right time to invest in Noida? Anyone on the ground with more info?

This lifting of the ban is good news overall. But let's see how quickly the projects actually get moving. *Dekhte hain kya hota hai*.
So, what's the consensus? Is it a buy or not? I'm still confused!
Personally, I'm waiting for the metro extension to be completed. That will significantly improve connectivity and boost property values.
Check amenities completion before booking. I made that mistake. Builder promised everything, delivered nothing.
Is Bhavya Ventures a reputable builder? Anyone have any experience with them? Share your thoughts guys
Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite. Noida is still a good market, but be cautious and do your homework.
Anyone have any info on the Yamuna Expressway projects? I'm thinking of investing there.
Yamuna Expressway is a gamble. Infrastructure is still developing. Returns might take a while.
Connectivity is the biggest issue there. Public transport is almost non-existent.
RERA number check karo before investing in any project. Don't just blindly trust the builder's promises.
I think this is a positive sign for the market. More options for buyers. But due diligence is key.
Bhai, which sector is best for investment right now? I have a budget of around 80 lakhs.
Arre yaar, builder ne phir se possession date extend kar diya! I'm so frustrated! Any legal advice?
My friend bought a flat in Sector 78 two years ago. Still no registry. He's running from pillar to post. Be very careful folks!
Exactly! Registry is a major headache in Noida. Corruption is rampant.
Did he file a complaint with RERA? That's the only way to get things moving.
I invested in a commercial property near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Hoping for good returns in the future with the new Jewar airport coming up.
I think it's a good time to buy if you're looking for a *home* to live in. Not necessarily for investment. Rates are already high, so appreciation might be limited.
Mera experience toh bahut kharab raha hai with Noida builders. Promise kuch karte hain, dete kuch aur hain. Amenities toh kabhi complete nahi hote.
I'm an NRI looking to invest. Is this a good time to buy in Noida, considering the current global economic situation? Or should I wait?
Tough to say, U9. Rupee is weak, so it's 'cheaper' for you now. But interest rates are rising everywhere. Do your research!
Market is unpredictable right now. Maybe wait for a quarter or two and see how things pan out. Don't rush into it.
Check the RERA registration and financial health of the builder thoroughly before investing. Many projects are stuck because of fund diversion.
Finally! Some positive news. Lekin, how much of this is *actually* going to translate into progress? I'm still waiting on possession for my Sector 75 flat.
Bhavya Ventures? Never heard of them. Should we even trust them? Pehle toh RERA check karna padega.
Seedhi baat no bakwas! This is what we need. But Yogi sarkar ka 'lift the ban' is always temporary lagta hai. Koi guarantee nahi.
Sector 150 mein rate toh already sky high hai. Will this actually bring prices down? I doubt it. More supply =/= lower price in Noida.
Haan, Greater Noida West is still relatively cheaper. But infrastructure is still a major issue. Roads, connectivity, everything is subpar.
Exactly! They'll just launch more 'luxury' apartments with exorbitant prices. Middle class aadmi kahaan jaaye?
True that. Sector 150 is now for the 'elite' only. I'm looking towards Greater Noida West now. Still affordable there.
