Bhondsi's price hype doesn't match ground reality

Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. Now I'm looking at actual ready-to-move options, and Bhondsi came up. Honestly, prices here seem really high for the current infrastructure. I saw a 2BHK around ₹90L-₹1Cr, which feels a bit much for an area still developing. My parents keep saying it's too far from main Gurgaon. Is the daily life actually manageable? Like, commute to Cyber City ya SPR se connectivity, kitna time lagta hai? And what about basic amenities? Water supply, electricity cuts... are these big issues there? I heard about some upcoming developments near SPR that might boost Bhondsi, but not sure if that justifies the current rates. Kya lagta hai, is it worth it?
