Bhai, delivery date 2026-04-01 dikha raha hai RERA pe, but under-construction projects ka kya bharosa? My cousin got burned in Aavalahalli, builder delayed by 2 years. I'm also a first-time buyer, so nervous about these timelines. RERA number toh hai, but enforcement kitna strong hai, that's the real question.
