Bhoodhan Avadh Enclave quality is already a mess.
Possession for my 3BHK at Bhoodhan Avadh Enclave was just three months ago, and honestly, the construction quality is already a huge headache. We paid around ₹85L for it, expecting decent finishing. But there are plaster cracks appearing in the living room, and I'm seeing early signs of seepage in one of the bathrooms. It's ridiculous for a new flat in Noida Extension. Also, the amenities promised in the brochure? The gym is tiny, and the swimming pool isn't even operational yet. Trying to get Bhoodhan Developer's customer support to respond is like talking to a wall. Has anyone else faced these kinds of quality issues or amenity discrepancies with them after moving in? What did you do to get things fixed? I'm seriously regretting this decision.
