Been looking at flats for almost a year now, and Bhoodhan Avadh Enclave in Noida Extension caught my eye. First flat hai, toh thoda nervous hoon. Site visit pe toh sab sahi laga, but I'm wondering agar yeh project genuinely acha hai daily living ke liye. Carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Parents bolte hain practical space honi chahiye. Aur nearby facilities, like schools or markets, kitne paas hain? Society ka feel kaisa hai? Any real resident experiences would really help.
