₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Bhopura, SRB Promoters ne quote kiya hai. Kids have moved out, so we need something manageable, but this price seems just the beginning. I'm selling our old, big house and want to avoid any nasty surprises. Matab, original quote mein se kitna negotiation possible hai Ghaziabad mein? Builders like SRB Promoters, kya ye log genuinely discount karte hain, ya bas sticker price hi hota hai? Aur ye hidden charges, jaise maintenance deposits, club membership, OC fees... kya kya aur add hota hai final cost mein? I'm worried about the 'all-in' cost. Koi bata sakta hai kya, what's a realistic final price after stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC sab mila ke? Should I push hard for negotiation ya it's a waste of time? Need real experiences.
