Bhutani Infra or Sector 79: Best Noida Investment?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. What do you think about Bhutani Infra projects? I've heard mixed reviews. Has anyone invested with them? Also, I'm considering Sector 79. Is it a good area for future appreciation? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the year-on-year growth trends in that sector? I'm not sure if I should go for an under-construction or ready-to-move property. Which one is better for ROI right now? Mujhe advice chahiye on minimizing risks. What's your take on the current market conditions? Any suggestions?
