Bibwewadi resale market: What's the real negotiation room?

Price correction in Bibwewadi is a myth for good resale properties, I'm finding. My kids have moved out, so I'm trying to downsize to a compact 2BHK there, perhaps from Kunal Group. Are secondary market deals truly better for negotiation than new launches? Brokers aren't making it easy.
