What's the actual water situation like in Big Block South City 2, Mohali? I'm an investor in Dubai, so I really can't do site visits. I'm trying to figure out if the society relies heavily on tankers or if their own tank capacity is genuinely sufficient for all residents. Builders always claim good supply, but the reality can be different. For rental properties, a consistent, reliable water supply is a huge factor for tenants, right? I'm worried about potential issues affecting tenant satisfaction and long-term maintenance costs. Does good water infrastructure actually translate into better rental yields or resale value in Mohali, or is it not a big differentiator? Any insights would be super helpful.
