Big Block South City 2 — just moved in last month and already have questions. The power backup here is only for common areas, not full flat. Honestly not sure if that's normal for Mohali projects or just this one. Also, the children's play area looks okay but feels a bit crammed, not sure how safe it really is for daily use. Anyone else feel this way? What about construction quality after a few months? Seeing a few minor fitting issues already.
