₹2.93 Cr for Big Block South City 2 – is this really the fair price now? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 48, thinking of upgrading for better ROI. Already have a home loan, so this next investment needs to make sense. Kya lagta hai, capital appreciation since launch kitna hua hai? And rental yield reality mein kya expect kar sakte hain? Investor ratio end-user se zyada toh nahi hai idhar? Any insights on its liquidity for a 5-year exit strategy? I'm trying to decide if the premium is justified for a completed project.
