Big Block South City 2 owners: How real are the amenities?

Visited Big Block South City 2 last weekend. The brochure looked amazing, but I'm honestly wondering about the reality of those promised amenities. Like, does the clubhouse actually get used daily, or is it just a ghost facility after a year? And those green areas... are they really open spaces or just cramped patches between towers? My parents keep saying to check maintenance charges too; is it value for money for the actual service quality? Not sure if it's all just show. Would love to hear real experiences from residents there.
