Big Block South City 2: Real family home or just hype?

Big Block South City 2 ko sab bohot glorify karte hain, especially for location, but is it genuinely good for a family, ya phir bas naam ka hi hai? My wife aur main ek 3BHK dekh rahe hain for our growing kids, aur honestly, brochures mein sab achha lagta hai. But real mein, kya layouts practical hain for daily family life? Matlab, carpet area kitna efficient hai, considering the price bracket? Kids ke liye play space, kitchen size, storage... I'm worried about the actual livability, not just the fancy amenities jo use hi nahi hote. Aur neighbourhood mein good schools aur safe environment kitna hai? Everyone talks ROI, but daily convenience aur community vibe ka kya? Change my mind if I'm wrong.
