Just got possession of my 2BHK in Prestige City Sarjapur Road last month. Ab lagta hai legal due diligence aur strong karni chahiye thi. RERA registration kaise properly check karein, especially for big names? Kya red flags hote hain? Aur title verification mein kya steps sabse important hain jo log often skip kar jaate hain? Investor perspective se, yeh sab issues future exit options pe kitna affect karte hain? Keya Homes ke projects mein kaisa experience raha hai logon ka?

Yaar, totally relate! Prestige City Sarjapur Road toh bahut bada project hai, agar wahan bhi issues aa rahe hain toh hum jaise first-time buyers ka kya hoga? RERA check karna toh basic hai, but uske beyond aur kya dekhein, samajh nahi aata. Especially jab builder ki good reputation ho, tab aur mushkil ho jaata hai trust karna.
