Hidden charges from builders like Prestige and Godrej are always a concern. I'm evaluating projects in Whitefield and Sarjapur. What's their post-booking customer support like? My experience says response zero after EMI starts. PLC/EDC final costs ka kya scene rehta hai?

Totally relate! I'm looking at Sarjapur too, and the sales guys are all smiles till you sign. Then toh they disappear. Heard stories about Prestige projects in Akshayanagar, same issues. Dar lag raha
