Biharipur Village living isn't quite what brochures promise

Okay, I'll be honest — I thought moving to Biharipur Village would be a smooth transition. I just got possession of my 2BHK here a couple months back, near Raj Nagar Extension, and it's been... an experience. The daily commute to Delhi via the Expressway is okay, but getting *to* the Expressway from here can be a nightmare during peak hours. Is the traffic always this bad, or is it just me? Also, for daily life, I'm finding the water supply a bit inconsistent. We get municipal water, but the pressure drops, and sometimes it's just gone for hours. Should I be worried about long-term water issues? What's the real ground reality for safety, especially at night? My family's wondering if it's genuinely safe here. Any insights would really help.
