Just moved into my new flat in Birla Arika last month, and honestly, green areas ko lekar thoda confused hoon. Brochure mein toh kafi open spaces dikhaye the, but ab lag raha hai itna bhi nahi hai. Kya Gurugram projects mein ye common hai ki actual green space kam ho? Aur security systems ka kya scene hai? CCTV coverage aur guard quality pe thoda doubt hai. Kisi aur ko bhi aisa laga kya? How do you guys feel about the actual open space vs cramped towers?
