Birla Arika's construction quality will kill resale value.

Moved into Birla Arika last month and the snag list is just insane. Builders promise so much but actual construction quality is shocking. Cracks appearing already, plumbing issues... it's a nightmare. Did anyone else face this? What did you do about persistent seepage or fitting problems after moving in?

Bhai, yeh kya sunne ko mil raha hai? Birla Arika? But uska toh possession date 2031 hai na? Are you sure you're talking about Birla Arika, the one in GGM? Uska toh possession 2031 mein hai, toh aap move in kaise kar gaye? Thoda confuse ho gaya main, because main bhi usko consider kar raha tha.
