Birla Navya Avik possession, now thinking long-term

Just got possession of my Birla Navya Avik unit last month, the process was smoother than expected after all the initial delays. But now I'm thinking long-term. What's the community's take on capital appreciation here? Not sure about resale market liquidity in a few years, is there an active secondary market forming? Worried about exit strategy.
