Birla Pravaah: Senior living, is it genuine?

My kids have moved out, so we're selling the big house and looking for something manageable. Birla Pravaah Gurgaon mein dekh raha tha, especially for their senior-friendly amenities and society vibe. Site visit pe toh accha laga, but I'm hearing some things about actual amenity usage and maintenance. Are the common areas, especially for seniors, genuinely well-kept?
