My lease ends in 4 months, eyeing Birla Trimaya Phase 4 for a 3BHK upgrade. Floor plans ki carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Actual daily living, noise, air quality wahan pe kya hai? Is the premium justified?

Is Birla Trimaya Phase 4 genuinely good for daily living? Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Brochure looks great, but what's the actual amenity quality like? And are the apartment layouts and carpet areas efficient for real life? Any insights on the daily experience there?
