₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Block 2 from Jay Hind Developer. I thought that was the total cost, but ab pata chala stamp duty, registration, interiors sab alag se hai. Builder agreement mein bhi bohot hidden clauses hain. Kitna extra budget rakhna chahiye for a first-time buyer? Koi red flags batayega?

Yaar, ye builders ka toh alag hi game hai. ₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Block 2 from Jay Hind Developer sounded decent, but now I'm seeing the real picture. Stamp duty, registration, IFMS, club membership, electricity meter charges, GST on everything – sab alag se! Builder agreement mein bhi itne hidden clauses hain ki samajh hi nahi aa raha. As a first-time buyer, I'm totally lost. Kitna extra budget rakhna chahiye on top of the base price? Aur koi red flags hain kya Jay Hind Developer ke baare mein? Sunne mein aaya hai ki possession mein bhi bahut delay karte hain.
