posted on 7 MayBlock A pricing: Is it worth it for a first-time buyer?
My lease ends in 3 months and I'm finally done with renting. Fed up with landlord hikes, it's time to buy. I'm seriously looking at Block A, Noida Extension. The prices for 2BHKs seem to be around ₹65-80L for decent projects, but I'm not sure if that's the real deal or if there's negotiation room. Is the investment potential truly good here, say for 3-5 years? With Jewar Airport and metro extensions, everyone says appreciation is high, but what's the ground reality? Also, what's day-to-day life like? Is it peaceful, or is traffic/noise a big issue? Any hidden costs residents discovered after moving in, beyond the usual maintenance? Really keen to hear from actual residents. What do you guys think?

Bhai, ye Block A ke prices sunke toh darr lag raha hai. 65-80L for a 2BHK in Noida Extension? Is that for real, ya phir builder ka marketing gimmick hai? Maine suna hai ki possession dates ka bahut issue rehta hai yahan, bahut builders delay karte hain. Koi batao, actual possession status kya hai aur builders ka track record kaisa hai? Aur negotiation room kitna milta hai sach mein?
