Block A residents, is the premium justified now?

Okay, I'll be honest, I'm a bit confused. I currently own a 2BHK in Sector 75 and thinking of upgrading to a bigger place in Block A. The property prices seem really high. Is it worth the jump? I'm also worried about the waterlogging situation during the monsoon. Heard some areas get really bad. Has anyone else faced similar issues? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a big factor. What's the real deal?
