Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Block C. Yaar, being in real estate myself, I know what builders don't always tell you. Prices for a 3BHK around 2.5 Cr+ here, feels a bit high for what it is, sahi hai? Is this justified ya overhyped? What kind of appreciation can one realistically expect in 3-5 years, especially with Dwarka Expressway opening? And rental demand for Block C, is that strong? Need some off-the-record opinions from actual residents.

Yaar, totally agree with you. Block C prices are just crazy right now. I'm looking at properties closer to Airport Road and even there, 2.5 Cr+ feels justified for the connectivity and existing infrastructure, but for Block C? Is it really worth it or just riding the Dwarka Expressway hype wave? What kind of appreciation can one realistically expect?
Exactly! My agent is really pushing Block C hard, saying it's the 'next big thing'. But the numbers just don't add up for me
