My lease ends in 4 months; seriously eyeing a 2BHK in Block E. What's the real investment potential here? With Jewar, will prices appreciate much in 3-5 years? Are schools nearby decent for future planning?

Dekho, appreciation potential toh hai, but RERA data check karo. Last 6 months mein price appreciation hardly 2-3% hai. Abhi Block E mein roughly 5800-6200/sqft chal raha hai. Jewar ka impact 5 saal se pehle mat expect karo. What about the maintenance charges there? Suna hai bahut high hain.

Maintenance charges are around 3.5 Rs/sqft, which is standard for new projects. But my friend who bought in Ajayabpur last year is struggling with hidden charges. Block E mein at least sab transparent hai as far as I know from site visits.
Totally agree, Block E has potential! Prices are still reasonable compared to other areas nearby.
Block E? Sahi pakda hai bhai! Jewar airport ka buzz toh hai, but schools ka kya scene hai wahan? Aur mere friends bol rahe hain Alistonia Estate mein bhi similar prices mil rahe hain, should I check that out too?

Schools theek hain Block E mein, par bohot high-end options nahi milenge. Jewar ka effect aane mein time lagega, 3-5 saal toh minimum. Alistonia Estate is actually quite good for appreciation, especially if you're looking for something more established.
