Block H property values ignore ground reality

Been paying rent for 7 years now, landlord raised it again, I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at Block H in Noida Extension, but honestly, these prices for a 2BHK are wild. Everyone talks about Jewar Airport and future appreciation, but is it really justified now? I'm seeing ₹70-80L for something decent. Okay, I'll say what no one says: the traffic around here during peak hours is already a nightmare. Are we just buying into future promises, ignoring current realities? What's the real ROI in 3-5 years if daily life is a struggle? Change my mind.
