Boduppal property prices are just too high

Boduppal mein property lena worth it hai kya abhi? I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya firse. Wahan 3BHK ₹90L tak ja raha hai. Is it justified? Investment ke liye kaisa hai for 3-5 years, appreciation milega? Resale easy hai kya? Your thoughts?

Yaar, totally agree! Boduppal mein 90 lakh for a 3BHK is insane. Main bhi dekh raha tha, laga ki itna toh Banjara Hills mein bhi nahi milta tha pehle. Rent se toh tang aa chuka hoon, but this price point is making me think twice about buying there.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Rent badhte ja rahe hain aur buying prices bhi unrealistic lag rahe hain. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
