Bommasandra's current property prices feel super speculative for a long-term hold. I'm based in Dubai and eyeing a 2BHK for investment around ₹90L. Prestige and Godrej have projects there. Is the investment potential real for 3-5 years, or are prices already inflated? What's the rental demand like there, especially for IT professionals from Electronic City? I can't do a site inspection myself, so need ground truth on builder quality. Should I trust their OC and possession timelines? Also worried about legal clarity for remote purchase and finding a reliable property manager. Any advice?
