Booked my first flat, now facing parking shocks

Been saving for ages and finally booked a flat in Suncity Vatsal Valley. The brochure showed ample parking, but now possession's near, and it's a mess. They're saying only one slot per 3BHK, and visitor parking is almost non-existent. My parents keep saying this is common, but I had no idea it'd be this bad. It feels like a lottery system, not a planned facility. Is this standard practice in Gurugram? What was your parking experience?
