Boomerang Residences: worth double Lotus Panache?
Just moved into Noida, and honestly not sure about property valuations. Lotus Panache is around ₹2.6 Cr, but Jaypee Boomerang is almost ₹5.7 Cr. Is it *really* worth double? Boomerang is ready to move, which is a huge plus, unlike the under-construction gamble. Panache has better green space, I think. The location is similar though. Higher maintenance costs for Boomerang, I assume? What's the community think? Which one would you pick and why?

Dekho bhai, Boomerang ki finish aur location premium hai. Ready-to-move ka tension nahi, builder ka game nahi. Panache mein possession ki dates kitni baar badli hain, sabko pata hai. Mere dost ne Alpha-I Greater Noida mein book kiya tha, usko 2 saal late mila. ₹2.6 Cr mein Panache mil raha hai, but wo builder ka track record bhi toh dekho. Boomerang mein quality ka compromise nahi hai, that's why the premium.
RTM toh no doubt
Yaar, ye Boomerang ka price sunke toh chakkar aa gaye. ₹5.7 Cr? Panache ₹2.6 Cr hai. Double se bhi zyada! Kya itna difference justify hota hai? Ready-to-move hai theek hai, but phir bhi, budget toh hil jaata hai.
Aur upar se Boomerang ka maintenance bhi high hoga. Itne bade projects mein wahi toh kha jaata hai budget. Panache ka maintenance kitna hai, kisi ko idea hai?
Sahi keh rahe ho. RTM ka premium hota hai but double toh kuch zyada hi lag raha hai. Kya mil raha hai extra jo itna mehenga hai?
