BPTP Amaario site visit: is the layout practical?
Did a site visit to BPTP The Amaario last Saturday, finally taking the plunge after getting fed up of renting. The 3 BHK at ₹5.48 Cr looks good on paper, but I'm really questioning the carpet area efficiency. The layout felt a bit cramped, especially the living room, considering the overall size. Not sure if it's genuinely good for daily family living or just looks fancy. Is anyone else finding the floor plans a bit... off? Any owners there already feel the same about the practical space?
