BPTP Amstoria Country Floor — I'm seriously considering this completed project for investment. Yaar, being in real estate, I know all the marketing spin, but for my own money, I need proper ground reality. Iska capital appreciation trend kaisa raha hai since possession, especially after OC? Gurugram mein rental yields waise bhi tight hain, toh Amstoria mein actual rental income for a 3BHK kitna mil raha hai? Anyone living there or having properties? Also, secondary market kitna active hai? Don't want liquidity issues if I need to exit in 5-7 years. Investor vs end-user ratio ka kya scene hai? Kahin ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi, impacting future rentals and resale? Need honest opinions.

BPTP Amstoria? Bhai, 2013 ka project hai, abhi tak ROI ki baat ho rahi hai? Price toh kaafi high hai, 2.6 Cr se shuru. Budget mein bhi nahi aa raha mere for a first home.
