Yaar, you're not wrong to be scared. BPTP ka track record kuch khaas nahi hai. Aur Gurgaon mein aise ghost societies bahut hain, especially plots mein jahan log sirf investment ke liye lete hain. RERA number toh dikhta hai par on-ground reality kya hai, woh dekhna padta hai.
