What are the real hidden risks in BPTP Parklands? I'm eyeing a 3BHK upgrade. Is the premium justified if water, infrastructure issues, or delays are common? Red flags?

Yaar, BPTP Parklands ki hype toh bohot hai, but I've heard too many stories about hidden costs and possession delays. Mera ek friend Sector 35 mein rehta hai, usne bataya ki water supply ka issue common hai wahan. Is this true for Parklands too? I'm really worried about infrastructure.
