BPTP Spacio: My real concerns about daily life

Ready-to-move flats in Gurugram often hide more than they show, I've realized. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house for something manageable. BPTP Spacio looks good, it's completed, but is it genuinely liveable daily? We need a good society, not isolated. Hospital proximity is key for us now. Maintenance charges bhi kitne hain? The ₹1.25-2.25 Cr range seems okay, but is the society friendly? Yaar, site visits pe sab accha lagta hai. Anyone living there, what’s the real scene?
